Access to the website statistics is password protected. If you are having problems logging in to view your web statistics, please remember that the username is your account number and the password is separate from the one used to login to the Netadmin control panel.
Password Reset : To change or reset the password for the web statistics, please click on the Change Password link in the Account section. From this page you can select Webstats, then enter and confirm a new password for this part of your account. You can use the same password as the Netadmin login, if you desire.
Graphical statistics are automatically generated once every 24 hours. If you would like to see up to the minute statistics, please manually generate your statistics by clicking on the button below.
Note : This process can take anywhere from 10 seconds to 10 minutes depending on how much raw log data needs to be processed.
