This feature has been replaced by fileman. Please choose the "Fileman" option below the "FEATURE MANAGEMENT" heading in netadmin.
Once you have logged in open your logs folder by clicking on the word "logs". Once opened you will be able to see your log files. Put a check mark in the box on the left hand side of the log file that you wish to download and then click the download link on the bar at the bottom of your screen. A download box should open and ask you where you would like to save the file to. You can repeat this process to download as many of your log files as you would like.
