Roles & Responsibilities . Answering phones, screen calls, take messages, greet and badge clients/visitors/vendors . Communicate with employees/clients/vendors (via email, face-to-face, and in meetings) as needed . Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively . Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and the Office Suite of products . Strong knowledge of the internet and email is required . Ability to work as a team member and supervise team members and on going-projects . Good time management and multi-tasking skills are required . Ability to maintain business privacy and confidentiality . High school diploma, prefer college education . Prepare written documents, spreadsheets, presentations, agendas, expense reports, etc. as directed by other administrative staff . Perform all general office administrative/support duties, as assigned Preference: Female
